Secure Online Shopping
Every time FreeGaaming collects your personal information (such as your delivery / billing address, contact details and so on), a secure connection via Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology is established with your web browser to ensure that your details are encrypted and securely communicated to us, safe from prying eyes or malicious threats.
Comprehensive security measures and access controls are in place to protect customer information collected and stored on our servers and systems, and ensure that these details are only accessible by authorised personnel for authorised reasons.
These security measures are routinely tested and validated by independent security companies in order to provide the highest levels of security to protect customer information.

Secure Credit Card Payment
FreeGaaming has engaged a globally accredited payment gateway service provider (Transaction Network Services or TNS) to secure all aspects involving customer payment via credit cards.
All customer credit card information is securely submitted and processed entirely on specialised TNS systems; FreeGaaming staff cannot access, view, process or store sensitive cardholder data (such as credit card numbers, PIN codes or CCV codes). Credit card details are encrypted by the customer’s browser before they are sent to TNS systems, and are never exposed in clear-text.
TNS is globally certified to meet the regulatory security requirements outlined by the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (or PCIDSS). PCIDSS certification is required by banks and credit card issuers in order to allow merchants such as FreeGaaming to accept payments from customer credit cards. As part of the certification process, TNS is required by FreeGaaming, banks and credit card issuers to implement stringent security controls and undertake regular independent security audits to maintain its certification and security assurance levels.

How to complete my order ?
If you have just placed your order and it is pending and you want to complete it or if you placed your order a while ago but you decide to pay it now to have your package delivered, the process is not complicated please follow the instructions below depending on your chosen payment method:
Warning: We ask all customers who decide to finalize their orders by bank transfer / osko or payID to please fill in their order number during checkout to allow us to identify the payment more quickly for fast processing.
Payment Method : Crypto (Bitcoin)
For customers who have chosen the payment method by crypto when ordering, please remember that to complete your order, you will have to make your payment to our BTC merchant account. You will be redirected to the payment page once you click on the checkout button.
Payment Method : Bank Transfer / OSKO
For customers who have chosen the payment method by bank transfer when ordering, please remember that to complete your order, you will have to make your payment by simple bank transfer / OSKO. To do this :
1. Open your mobile banking app
2. Choose to make a new transfer
3. Carefully fill in our bank account details you received by email
4. Amount: The total amount of your order
5. For payment reference and description, please put your order number
Notice: If your bank supports payments by osko, we advise you to make a payment by osko in order to benefit from a faster processing time.
Remember that once payment has been made, you must email us a copy of the payment receipt so that we can process your order faster.
Payment method: PayID
For customers who have chosen the payment method by PayID when ordering, to complete your order, you will have to make your payment on our PayID. To do this :
1. Open your mobile banking app
2. Choose to make a new payment
3. Enter our PayID that you received by email
4. Amount: The total amount of your order
5. For payment reference and description, please put your order number
Notice : Once the payment has been made, please send us a copy of the payment receipt by email
Payment method: Credit / Debit card
For customers who have chosen the payment method by credit card when ordering, you just need to enter your credit card details when ordering to be able to complete your order.
